"Panorama"
In Panorama, Alexey Cubas presents one of his most personal and emotionally charged series. Painted in Cuba, this body of work explores Cuban landscapes and seascapes from an aerial and abstract perspective, revealing not only their geography but also their emotional atmosphere.
Each piece is an intimate interpretation of the artist’s homeland. The muted palette evokes both the purity and the harshness of Cuban reality—a melancholic beauty that reflects the poverty, sorrow, and dignity of a country that is wounded, yet profoundly alive.
With Panorama, Cubas does not seek to represent a physical place, but rather the very essence of Cuba as it exists in his memory and in his heart: an inner landscape where nostalgia, beauty, and pain converge.

Esta serie, creada en 2015, es un homenaje visual a mi isla, Cuba. Cada obra refleja la fuerza y el contraste entre el mar y la tierra, dos elementos tan distintos que, sin embargo, no pueden existir separados.
